• Valve Under Monitor (V.U.M) is designed to provide a high performance valve when incorporated with manual or remote control monitors in aerial ladder and platform designs. With less than 7 psi loss at 2000 gpm, the VUM incorporates TFT's unique stainless quarter ball design. 2-1/2" configured discharge ports provide less than 3 psi loss at 250 gpm.

• Valve Under Monitor offers up to four configurable discharge ports providing either valved or threaded connections and eliminating the need for expensive and heavy discharge plumbing. Straight valves, elbows, elbows with extensions, or threaded ports with caps are all available to meet your design criteria.

• Valve Under Monitor provides either threaded, flange or angled threaded monitor connections to match up to your choice of TFT manual or remote control monitor. The valve can be either manually controlled with several hand wheel choices, or remotely controlled with the valve controller with LED valve position display or integrated into the remote control monitor operations. All V.U.Ms have an easy to read position indicator on the valve.
